Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Returns

CUVULA offers a 7-day quality guarantee for damaged/faulty item(s). Customers can return defective item(s) for refund, replacement, or exchange. Please initiate your request of choice in our contact portal via support@cuvula.com”. In cases, our customer support team authorized the customer’s return request, please be informed that the customers have to pay the shipping fee.

Non-returnable Items: Items like panties/socks/innerwear/bra-pads/shapewear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement if available.

Returned item(s) for refund, exchanges, or replacements must be in brand new condition in which they are received. Please inform us by email about your return status. 

If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 days. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

CUVULA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

– Changing the decision.

– The used products.

– Losing the attached accessories.

– Size/color is correct as of the original order

– The product is an attached gift.

– The products which are applied for promotion programs. 

Cancellation or Change:

Orders are automatically processed within 6 hours from the time of order confirmation. Please contact us via support@cuvula.com” ASAP and within the following time period for cancellations and changes.

Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time and we can only give you a refund of 90% of the order’s value. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipment. No one can cancel your order once it is being processed already. 

Order revision

To make changes to your order information(change color/size/quantity), please inform us via email support@cuvula.com” within 12 hours from the time of order confirmation.

Order modification requests after 12 hours from the time of order confirmation may not be accommodated.
